Titan Books has revealed The Art of Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag Resynced, the latest in its long-running series of gaming-themed art books. This volume offers a glimpse behind the scenes of the development of the game, revealing how the original Black Flag was reinvented for this new, remastered version.

The Art of Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag Resynced is written by Paul Davies, who also penned the previous The Art of Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag and other books like Awakening: The Art of Halo 4 and The Art of Deus Ex Universe.

The Art of Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag Resynced is a 192-page hardcover priced at $50. The book will be released on July 14, 2026.
In other Assassin’s Creed news, Ubisoft revealed more details about the game at the The Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced: Worldwide Reveal Showcase. The game will add new story quests and characters, but it’s cutting out the present-day sections of the original version, which has some Assassin’s Creed fans upset.
